The past few weeks summed up: Barely any workout and a crappy diet. You guys, I feel like I’m going on reverse.

I’m worried.

B- eggs, toast with spreadable fruit, banana OR strawberry/banana smoothie S-carrots or grapes L-half turkey and lettuce sandwich, apple, watermelon OR salad with chicken, apple and whole grain role S-some kind of fruit OR pop chips OR cliff bar and D- usually chicken, broccoli or green bean and rice or something of that sort. HEALTHY??? change, add, get rid of anything?

Those are all really healthy foods and you’re eating the right amount, too. I think you’re great (:
